Bahia Hotel Reunion: Please RSVP 15 Jan 2009

I need everyone's confirmation (and payment if possible) if you are planning or not planning to attend our 35th High School Reunion. I need a minimum of 100 guests before I sign the contract and deposit an initial 25% deposit.

Here's again the details of our 35th School Reunion Celebration:


We will hold the event at Bahia Hotel, San Diego, CA and have made the following tentative arrangements for our function:

Date: September 19, 2009

Start Time: 6:30 PM

End Time: 12:00 Midnight

Function: Dinner and Dance

Room: William D. Evans (Sternwheel Boat and will have 2 hour dinner cruise on the waters of Mission Bay)

Room Rental: Waived (Proviso: 100 Guests Minimum or Equivalent Revenue)

Starting Package Includes: 3 Hour Open Bar, Hors d’Oeuvres, Plated Meal (Chicken Entree ) 2-Hour Cruise

We will hold the Family Picnic on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 11:00AM. Place at San Diego to be determined.

The cost of the ticket is $150.00 per person (will pay for the dinner and dance and family picnic).
